I recently stumbled upon these words from my past, words I had shared upon being honored as an outstanding alumnus from the class of 2014. For those about to embark on their higher education journey—be it in a university, college, polytechnic, or community college—remember this: the leap from high school introduces you to ‘knowns’ and ‘unknowns’. I was fortunate to bond with amazing individuals during this phase, collaborating on studies, initiating projects, exploring varied career avenues, and experiencing moments that I hold dear to date. These relationships not only enriched my life with invaluable lessons but also granted me personal growth and the pure joy of being genuinely appreciated. There's so much more I could share on this, but I'll reserve those stories for another time.
