Elizabeth is a Ph.D student at the Autonomous Networks Research Group (ANRG) at USC Viterbi School of Engineering where currently
work with Prof. Bhaskar Krishnamachari. Her research focuses on design, modeling and applying reinforcement learning based systems
to find solutions to operational decision problems in the real-world.
Prior to joining USC, she worked at IBM Research Africa (Nairobi, Kenya) on a variety of topics around Software, Internet of Things, Blockchain and Dialog systems applied to address challenges in water, agriculture and healthcare systems.
She received her B.Eng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya in 2015.
